Terms of Use
What this is
TradeTrack publishes public filings that company insiders must report to the SEC, shows market prices, and lets you log trades you made yourself so it can alert you at a price you chose. It is general information. It is not personal investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker, dealer or investment adviser.
We never trade for you
TradeTrack does not connect to brokerages, place orders, or hold your money or securities. Every trade you make happens in your own brokerage account, on your own decision. A "copy" here means you chose to follow a public filing yourself.
Alerts are tools, not advice
A sell alert fires when a price reaches the target you set. Alerts can be late, missed, or wrong: data feeds fail, emails get filtered, phones block notifications. Do not rely on any alert as your only protection. See How alerts work.
You can lose money
Prices move before filings are public and after you buy. Insiders buy and sell for many reasons. Past results do not predict future results. There is no stop-loss unless you place one yourself. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
No guarantees
The service and its data are provided as is. Prices come from third-party feeds and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Filings may be late or contain errors. We do not promise any particular outcome.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Your account
You sign up and log in with your email address and a password. We confirm your address once with a code we email you, and use the same step to reset a forgotten password. Keep your password and that mailbox private. Your password is stored only as a salted one-way hash, and your sign-in on a device is a random token that we store only as a one-way hash.
Governing law
The laws of Manitoba, Canada apply.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
